Steps for return

If you need to return you order first email shop@thehighstaycollection requesting a return and allow 2 business days for response. A return label will then be sent to you.

30 Days to Return

You have 30 days once your item has arrived to request a return for that item.

Exchanges

If you’d like to simply request a size exchange for the same item, please email shop@thehighstaycollection.com to request a return label and size exchange.
